Dr Robert's Academic Coaching Program has been inspired by the poor standard of academic support available in the university system.

To succeed in higher education, you need a range of skills, the ability to organise yourself and your information, a set of goals to aim for, and someone to keep you accountable and motivated.

Dr Robert Muller has extensive experience of professional development in the academic sector, where, for 6 years, he assisted academic researchers and lecturers, as well as Associate Professors and Professors, to define their dreams, turn them into goals, and then break them down in to small achievable steps.

In addition, Dr Robert ran his own consultancy as a YB12 Coach, leading his own team of 12 coaches to a position where they could achieve success with coaching.

Finally, Dr Robert has conducted extensive academic research on Resilience and Mental Health, which are the basis of his general coaching programs. With clients in 9 countries, Robert works both face-to-face and via Skype, for an affordable fee.

The cornerstones of the program are:

- Goal setting (which I assist you to stick to and achieve)
- Personal development
- Resilience (based on my academic research – the skills and resources that will enable you to bounce back from life’s inevitable setbacks)
- Accountability to your coach to keep you motivated (through regular Skype or face-to-face meetings)
- Organisational skills such as note-taking and planning your work

Let's establish what you need to achieve what you want to in higher education, set goals to achieve them, and then put in place a structure to allow you to do so.
